Redkill Mountain Homestead Farms is a regenerative farm and wild apple forest in East Branch, New York. Ashley and Matt Trattner, inspired by the resourcefulness of early homesteads, began harvesting the apples to recreate colonial recipes. Their identity encompasses elements of the landscape that are core ingredients in their product line, evoking craftsmanship and the enduring relationship between stewards and their land.
